Dubbed sound tracks rarely equal the artistic quality of original language sound  track, but the quality of both acting and lip synch will be considered as the major components of the overall performance. Voice actors in this category should identify their performance by the name of the character played. Entrants may submit an unedited scene from the work not exceeding 5 minutes in duration. Only voice actors are eligible for award consideration. The works in this category may include subtitles, but it is not required. Subtitles will have no bearing on judging the voice actor’s performance.  (Entries must be submitted in Portuguese.)

This includes self-promotion for voice talent, voice actor fan sites, and any site where voice acting is a primary feature or topic of the site’s content, e.g., anime, animation, video gaming and audiobooks. The site mayfeature audible voice acting samples and/or content as a primary feature of its purpose. Work is judged on Design, Creativity,  Intuitive Functionality, Ease of Navigation and Production Quality. The work entered must have been publicly distributed within the eligibility period. Graphic design, functionality, voiceover content and marketing effectiveness are judged.  (Entries must be submitted in Portuguese)

Qualquer site relacionado a Indústria da Voz: locutores, diretores de elenco, agências de talentos, casting online. Tambem inclui auto-promoção para talentos de voz, sites de fãs de atores de voz e qualquer site onde a voz é uma característica ou tópico principal do conteúdo do site, por exemplo, anime, animação, video games e audiolivros. O site pode apresentar amostras audíveis de interpretação de voz e/ou conteúdo como característica principal de seu propósito. Os quesitos são: Design, Criatividade, Funcionalidade Intuitiva, Facilidade de Navegação, Conteudo de Voz e Qualidade de Produção. Os sites inscritos devem ter sido lançados publicamente dentro do período de elegibilidade. (Os sites inscritos devem ser submetidos em português).
