The entry must be an actual work for hire that has been made available to the public via theatrical release. Entrants may submit an unedited excerpt of a single character or multiple excerpts of a single character. Entrants must identify their character by name, time code, and first phrase or sentence, e.g., “Officer Brown, 22 seconds, ‘He thought he would be safe hiding behind the trees.’” All excerpts must be provided on a single file and may not exceed three (3) minutes in total duration (SPANISH LANGUAGE ONLY) |

This category recognizes Spanish speaking voice actors who have established a wide body of professional work (work for hire) over a career of not less than 15 years. The entry may include up to 20 minutes of work, where no single work sample exceeds 3-minutes. The work may span all voiceover genres: commercials, animation, promos, narration, video games, trailers, corporate, audiobook, consumer sales videos, live announcing, instructional, and other areas. The elements entered can be audio and/or video. There are no restrictions as to when any of the original work was created, but work created for demo purposes does not qualify for entry. The works will be judged by a media expert who is fluent in the language of Spanish. Only Spanish language work may be submitted. |
Esta categoría reconoce a actores y actrices de voz de habla hispana que hayan establecido una amplia trayectoria profesional (trabajos por encargo) a lo largo de una carrera de no menos de 15 años. The judging criteria for this category will be based on the following: 1) Quality of Content The podcast must have been made available to the public via any digital means and must have been distributed during the eligibility period. Works may including traditional poetry, hip hop, jazz poetry, and poetry slams, traditional poetry readings. It also includes comedy routines and acting monologues. The entry may be up to five (5) minutes in length and may be entered as audio or video. Performances recorded before a live audience are permitted. The elements of the entry must consist of a work sample from a production that has been made available to the public by a video game distribution or production company during the eligibility period. Entrants may submit a single excerpt or multiple excerpts edited together in a single file. Entrant must identify their Role/character, but name, time code, and visual description, e.g., Princess Leia, 22 seconds, woman in white gown. The total length of the entry may not exceed three (3) minutes in duration. *This category only judges a single character. If the entrant wishes to have multiple characters considered, each character must be submitted as a separate entry. (SPANISH LANGUAGE ONLY). |
